from me to you
Hey there!
Welcome to the tiny place in cyberspace of a girl who blogs her blues away. And well, maybe out of boredom as well.
How on earth you found your way here may be intentional or completely random, but you're welcome to look around either way.
The navigations are on the ribbon. Just click on them to get around the page. Please do leave me a message on my tagboard so that I know you dropped by.
Thanks and enjoy! :)

Wallflower (wall·flow·er)
Definition
- One who does not participate in the activity at a social event because of shyness or unpopularity.
- A lady at a ball, who, either from choice, or because not asked to dance, remains a spectator.
As the term suggests, I shy away from a lot of things, parties and balls/dances being top 1 and top 2 respectively.
I'm a small girl you won't probably notice in a crowd. On top of that, I'm a natural klutz, the holder of a seemingly record-breaking list of misplaced items, an amateur anything, and an over-thinker who oftentimes lets her head rule her heart.
I'm still normal okay, don't get me wrong. haha... I'm a kid at heart who is easily pleased with simple things. One who carries a pinch of optimism, a tinkling of charm, and loads of laughs. I'm still trying to find my place in this vast expanse, but I'm having tons of fun along the way.
I'll find that light someday, I'm sure! But for now, I'll slow things down a bit and enjoy the ride.
My life's not the most spectacular thing that you'll come across, but it's worth a look :)

Finally! My new blog's starting to look better! It's still under construction. I don't usually make new entries until I finish my template, but in this case, I'm willing to make an exception. There's too much to yap about to wait. haha...
FIRST. My debut! It was the best night ever! My cheeks actually got tired from all the smiling. haha... I'm older, but I definitely don't feel it. I'm still the same bouncy little girl I used to be. I'm weird. haha... But I loooooved it. In one word, it was magical. I've never felt so happy in my life. I'm glad I decided to push through with the party. You can read about it in my old blog if you want.
Everything's been going great after my debut. I don't know why, but I don't seem to find any reason to frown anymore. Being 18 rocks! haha...
My mom sent me a message yesterday and told me that they already saw the pictures. There were 900+ of them! Huwaw! It's going to be very hard to chose the pictures for a 150-paged album.
SECOND. My new sport - fencing. I've finally decided to try out for the team last Tuesday. I tag along with Alliv sometimes, and just keep laughing at her when she gets tired. Guess who was laughing last Tuesday when I started training. haha... It was tiring, but fun. The pain's not as much as the ones I got from taekwondo, so I guess I can manage. Plus the team is fun to be around with and I have new friends. Yay!
THIRD. Meet my twin - Miguel Aguirre. I met him last Thursday when I was still watching the fencing team train. Alliv and I were left waiting for Arik until we realized hours later that he had already left. It was okay though, because I met Yuri and Migz. It was all fun and laughs the whole night! Migz and I kept playing with the swords/blades while Yuri told us his stories about his mom's paranoia with money. haha!
The following week, I had a looong chat with Migz. I was freaking out because of all the things we have in common. I can't remember everything, but trust me, our similarities are SUPER freaky.
Some of the things I can remember we have in common...
- Sherlock Holmes, Nancy Drew and Detective Conan - all detectives
- broadway - Phantom of the Opera and others
- CLUE (board game)
- Jack the Ripper. Basta yun na yun. haha...
- A Tale of Two Cities
- Narnia
- Final Fantasy
- Disney
- Hey Arnold (yeah pati yun)
- we're kicking fencers
And for the weirder facts...
- If you count all the letters in Migz Aguirre and Jenn Agustin, you'll end up with the same number.
- We both have the same eye grade - 500 on each eye.
- We both live around Katipunan (Xavierville siya, Loyola Heights ako)
- We argue over the camera poses because the good side of our faces is the left.
I can't even believe until now that I've found my guy version. It's fun having a twin! For a moment I even felt that I've known this guy my whole life. haha... I'm super glad that I met my tween!
I'll post a picture of me and my twin next time, I look ugly in all of the pictures we have so far. haha...
FOURTH. My realizations. Okey, so nagdrama nanaman ako sa tatay ko dahil gusto kong sumali sa Pep Squad ng La Salle pero di niya ako pinayagan. Now I can see why he didn't let me, and I can actually thank him for not allowing me to. A lot of things wouldn't have turned out this way had I joined the Pep Squad. I'll keep them to myself for now, but I'm glad I didn't join.
FIFTH. Happy Birthday Nick! He treated the fencing team and the newbies to Yellow Cab for his birthday. It was also yesterday that members of the fencing team found their twins as well. Alliv and Jeoya, Dino and David, the two Chinese fencers (girl and guy) whose names I don't know yet, and I think Ogge and the other guy whose name I forgot.
Everyone has twins now Tween! We're still the original though. haha...
The fencing team's fun to hang-out with, smiles from me for letting us newbies tag along. Thank you Nick! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN!
SIXTH. I'm sleepy... *yawn* Bye bye! Labels: birthdays, dlsu, favorites, freaky encounters
